What materials are Zovaire pieces made from?

All Zovaire jewelry is crafted from 316L stainless steel — the same grade used in surgical instruments. Gold pieces are finished with 18k gold IP-coating, and blackened pieces use a deep matte PVD finish. Both are tarnish-resistant and built to last.

Will the gold fade or tarnish?

Our 18k gold IP-coating is significantly more durable than gold plating. With proper care — avoiding prolonged exposure to water, chemicals, and abrasives — your piece will maintain its finish for years.

How do I care for my Zovaire jewelry?

Wipe with a soft dry cloth after wear. Avoid contact with perfume, chlorine, and saltwater. Store in a cool, dry place — ideally in the pouch or box provided.

How do I find my ring size?

We recommend using a ring sizer or measuring the inner diameter of a ring that fits well. Our product pages include a size guide. When in doubt, size up — most of our rings have a comfortable fit.

How long does shipping take?

Can I return or exchange my order?

Yes — we accept returns within 30 days of delivery on unworn items in original condition. Inner Circle pieces are final sale. Visit our Shipping & Returns page to start a return.

Are Inner Circle pieces restocked?

Rarely. The Inner Circle is our most exclusive collection — pieces are produced in very limited quantities and are not guaranteed to return once sold out. If you see something you want, don't wait.
