📦 REFUND POLICY

At Zovaire, we stand behind every piece we offer. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to make it right.

Returns: We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.

Exchanges: We're happy to exchange items for a different size or color, subject to availability. Please contact us within 30 days of delivery to initiate an exchange.

Refunds: Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.

Non-returnable items: Sale items, gift cards, and items marked as final sale are not eligible for return or exchange.

How to initiate a return: Email us at Zovaire@outlook.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll provide you with return instructions within 24 hours.
